Do you ship internationally

Yes! We currently ship worldwide to over 240 countries. International take more time, typically between 2-4 weeks. Please visit our website for further information on international shipping.

Do you offer wholesale for beauty salons

We do offer wholesale for retail. If you are interested in having Jurajae Skincare in your store please email Jurajaelips@gmail.com and add ‘wholesale’ to your email’s subject line. 

How do I get a refund 

We can accept returns for all unopened items within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

Unfortunately if your items have been opened, and used, we are unable to accept the return and will not issue a refund. If you are having issues with your products and are not satisfied please email us at Jurajaelips@gmail.com and we will do our best to create a more enjoyable experience with Jurajae Skincare.  

Are these products good for extremely damaged skin?

Our products cater to many different skin types, one including damaged and irritated skin. To find out which products work best for you, we encourage you to take our Skin Quiz before selecting a product. 

Are these products good for young children? 

Our products are safe for the entire family. We currently do not carry a children’s line at the moment. You can learn about all of our collections on the Shop page, which currently showcases our women, men, and teen collection. 

My product was never received and I would like a refund.

We are so sorry if you never received your product! We would happily accommodate your needs, whether it be help with finding your lost package, sending out a new package, or refunding you. If you never received your package or your package was lost, please email us at Jurajaelips@gmail.com . Each case is different so after evaluation for what happened to your product someone from our customer service team will follow up with you to ensure you’re taken care of.
